Delivery & Returns
All items are sent out free of charge via first class Royal Mail post. Please leave 3 working days for delivery, although your item will most likely be with you sooner. You can also request 1st class signed for at an additional cost.
Please remember that this is not a guaranteed next day service.
Packages outside the EU (worldwide) may take up to 28 working days for delivery so please be patient it is in the hands of the postal service. Buyers are responsible for any customs/tax/handling charges.
Public Holidays Including Christmas
Please bear with us during busy periods and make allowances for delays within Royal Mail, especially at Christmas.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, we will be happy to provide a refund or exchange*. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving them item that you wish to return, and we can arrange the refund/exchange. The item will need to be shipped within 14 days.
The item that you wish to return must be unused and returned in its original packaging. The item must return in the same condition in which it was when it was shipped. If the item is damaged or faulty then please contact us.
Please note that you will be responsible for return postage costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
*Unfortunately, personalised items and (due to hygiene reasons) earrings are non-refundable unless they are faulty.
